Apple Flour has been made from apple pomace left over from juice pressing. The production of the flour includes dehydration and a 3-step milling process to create the fine-grained final product. The flour retains the flavour and aroma of apples whilst providing nutritional support to the consumer.

This all natural product is an excellent source of dietary fibre and contains a range of antioxidants. Being packed with soluble and insoluble dietary fibre helps to regulate the digestive system and promotes bowel health.

Being dehydrated, the flour readily absorbs water and can be applied to a range of functions, including as a binding agent, thickener or a flavour enhancer in baking.
