Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Orders are now processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order being placed.
Our main dispatch centre is located in Melbourne, Australia. The average domestic delivery takes 6+ working days.
Any extra costs related to import/customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing rice, as we can not provide this for you.
We recommend you place your order by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas*:
- Free and Standard Shipping – 9 December 2021
- Express Shipping – 16 December 2021
* Excludes to and from Perth and Darwin.

Shipping & Handling Costs
For all other locations around the globe, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery & handling quote.
International orders take on average 10+ working days. Remote locations globally may take up to 6 weeks.
Standard and Express Delivery via AusPost are available Australia wide. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. FREE standard shipping is available Australia wide on orders over $100.
Delivery Charge at Checkout Review
The delivery fee is calculated and visible when you review your order. The order review screen is after you enter in your delivery address and credit card details. You will not be charged for the order until you confirm your order at the order review screen.
You may qualify for a commercial or bulk order.
If you are purchasing more than 48 bags in one order you may qualify for a commercial order. Please contact us at email@example.com to see if you qualify and what benefits may be available to you.
If you have any questions or concerns with the products you have purchased from forbiddenfoods.com.au, please let us know as soon as possible so we can endeavour to sort it out promptly. You can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order is incorrect in anyway please also let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to send you the missing items or arrange for return of items incorrectly sent. Please ensure all returned items are unopened and packed securely.
Security of your details
We will not pass any of your details to anyone unless required to do so by law. We will not sell, distribute or pass on information supplied to us. We take privacy seriously. Our secure commerce system, Shopify are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We do not see or store your credit card details.
